Camp Phoenix was established in 2006 through the North Smithfield Recreation Department and is partially funded through the North Smithfield Prevention Task Force. The camp was created to provide a traditional day long summer camp experience for the children of North Smithfield. This year, Camp Phoenix is hoping to extend our family. We will continue to invite friends from neighboring communities and would appreciate your help through "word of mouth". We are hoping to make the camp a place where children can create life-long friendships.

2008 Camp Phoenix registration information will be released to elementary schools soon via brochures. All registrations will be handled by Matt Tek, camp director, via :CAMP PHOENIX, P.O. BOX 915 Slatersville, RI 02876
2008 Registration forms are now available. Simply click the "camp forms" link on the menu bar to the left of this page, download to your computer and print the forms. Completed forms should be mailed to the P.O. Box address listed above. You may also register during open house or at any point prior to the start of camp. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!
